Who we are

This website is run by Imagine Digital Studios Ltd, with its registered office at 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal information described below. You can contact us about privacy at hello@imaginedigitalstudios.com.

What we collect

When you use our contact form or email us, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address and message, and optionally your company and phone number. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or collect personal information to identify you.

How we use it and why

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver and manage our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We use trusted service providers to run this website and our email: Cloudflare (hosting, security and analytics), Resend (delivering contact form messages) and Google Workspace (email). They process data only on our instructions. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, in which case appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum are in place.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as needed for the contract and our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, and South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act where it applies, you have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email hello@imaginedigitalstudios.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or in South Africa to the Information Regulator.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
